Here are some answers to the most common questions:

Q: Why is my order "Pending"?

A: "Pending" is the status for all orders before being processed. Your credit card won't be processed until your complete order is ready to ship, and your order will remain as "Pending" until that time.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: For concerts by Genesis, The Who, or Peter Gabriel, the cd's will begin shipping approx. 4 weeks after the performance date.

Q: How much is the shipping cost to my address?

A: Proceed through the checkout process to get exact shipping charges. You will see the exact charge before you finalize your order.

Q: My order was "Shipped" but hasn't arrived yet.

A: Domestic (U.S.) orders should arrive approx. 3 to 6 business days after shipping. International Mail orders should arrive approx. 4 to 8 business days, but frequently take up to 3 weeks for delivery. There is no tracking for the International Mail service.
