Peter Gabriel Encore Series FAQ's

Q: Who is recording these shows?

A: Real World Engineer, Ben Findlay, is recording every show on the tour, utilizing a set-up that takes the direct soundboard mix and also includes ambient microphones set up at each venue to more closely recreate the sound as heard by concertgoers.

Q: Are these limited editions?

A: Yes, they are absolutely limited editions. Although we don't set a cap, they will only be available as long as quantities last.

Q: Will any earlier concerts, either from this tour, or earlier PG tours, be available as part of the Encore Series?

Q: Will there be a complete box set for sale inclusive of all the concerts?

A: You have the option to by each show individually, or purchase all 23 shows as a box set, available approx 4 weeks after the last concert. There are two box set options: The Collectors Box, containing all 23 shows and a mini tour book; or The Deluxe Road Case containing all 23 shows, the mini tour book, and an autographed card by Peter.

The Deluxe box is limited to 150 total, and all boxes are handnumbered. You'll be able to actually pick your number when the boxes go on sale on May 4, 2004.

Q: Will you be offering any other concerts in addition to those already available?

A: We anticipate being able to release many of the Festival shows Peter will play later this summer. Stay tuned. We're also looking into releasing a special "Festival" box set as well.

Q: Can I buy these in stores or at the concert venues?

A: These concerts will not be available, but a numbered (1 to 50) "Limited Tour Edition" Collectors box from the 2003 summer tour will be available only at the merchandise stands at the venue.

Q: How can I pay for it?

A: You can pay by credit card using our secure ordering system.

Q: Will there be vinyl issues?

A: Nothing is planned at this time.
