Q: Why is my order "Pending"? A: "Pending" is the status for all orders before being processed. Your credit card won't be charged until your complete order is ready to ship, and your order will remain "Pending" until “Approved” and then “Shipped”.
Q: When will my order ship? A: Pre-orders will begin shipping approx. 3-4 weeks after the performance date. Q: How much is the shipping cost to my address?
A: Proceed through the checkout process to get shipping charges. You will see the exact charge before you finalize your order. Q: My order was "Shipped" but hasn't arrived yet. A: Domestic (U.S.) orders should arrive approx. 3 to 6 business days after shipping. International Mail orders should arrive approx. 4 to 8 business days, but frequently take up to 3 weeks for delivery. There is no tracking for the International Mail service. Q: Can I have my order shipped to an address different than my billing address? A: Only if your billing and shipping address are within the United States. Outside of the United States, we must ship to the billing address only. This is one of the tools our bank uses to prevent credit card fraud. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
