Q: Why was the Leeds show cancelled?

A: Unfortunately the Leeds concert will not be available as part of the Encore CD series as originally planned and announced.  A decision has been made by the band's record label (who allow the Encore CD Series to be sold for charitable purposes by the band) and management to reserve this concert and do a proper 48 track mix of it.  Pete and Roger are hoping to make it available later this year, possibly as some kind of free bonus CD to coincide with the album release. Plans will be announced in due course.  Please accept our apologies for this change in plans.  We will keep you informed about the availability of this concert in future.

Q: Why is my order "Pending"?

A: "Pending" is the status for all orders before being processed. Your credit card won't be charged until your complete order is ready to ship, and your order will remain "Pending" until “Approved” and then “Shipped”.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: CDs will begin shipping approx. 4 weeks after the performance date.

Q: How much is the shipping cost to my address?

A: Proceed through the checkout process to get shipping charges. You will see the exact charge before you finalize your order.

Q: My order was "Shipped" but hasn't arrived yet.

A: Domestic (U.S.) orders should arrive approx. 3 to 6 business days after shipping. International Mail orders should arrive approx. 4 to 8 business days, but frequently take up to 3 weeks for delivery. There is no tracking for the International Mail service.

Q: Why is there not a DVD for the Leeds show?

A: The 4-camera team that is traveling with the tour did not film the Leeds show.  Instead, the show was shot in High Definition for a commercial (non-Encore) release.  As soon as we know more details we'll let you know and likely offer it for sale on TheMusic.com.  All other shows are scheduled to be filmed and released as Encore DVD's.

Q: Why are the DVDs only available in PAL format?

A: Each DVD will be produced in the format for the country in which it was filmed.  As the first leg of the tour is in Europe, the first discs will be offered in PAL.  North American concerts will be offered in NTSC.  Keep in mind that these discs will not be "region coded"...and that computers with playback software installed for PAL and/or NTSC video will be able to view all concerts using the computer as a transport.

Q: Can I have my order shipped to an address different than my billing address?

A: Only if your billing and shipping address are within the United States.  Outside of the United States, we must ship to the billing address only.  This is one of the tools our bank uses to prevent credit card fraud.  Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause
